Implement location provider support and continue the work that was started at the Sorrento Sprint (ask Vincenzo - wooda on IRC)

The goal is to be able to post events on a Plone site and have the event info "blasted" to popular event listing websites such as upcoming.org, eventful.com, zvents.com, facebook, etc. 

• collective.contentrules.webservices  - content rules to talk to various web services (eventful.com, upcoming.org, twitter.com, etc.)
• p4a.upcoming - python library for the Upcoming.org API
