The original group, the ad hoc informal committee known as Central Oregon Tech Leadership Committee (aka SAO Steering Committee of Bend), has nearly finished its objective to create a more permanent formal group to promote and assist the software/computer/web technology community in Central Oregon.  The result is the Central Oregon chapter of the Software Association of Oregon known as the Tech Alliance.  The official full name for the group is Tech Alliance: Central Oregon's Technology Association

The Tech Alliance will continue using this OpenPlans space as a collaborative workspace until we set up a separate Tech Alliance web site.

What else is here:

  • Mailing list: Subscribe now. An archive is also available.
  • Pages: This home page is an easy-to-edit document with the option to add attachments. Pages are probably a good place for us to deposit working papers, drafts, and other documents we should review.  See below for instructions on how to edit and add new pages.
  • Task tracker: Available but perhaps not needed for our purpose. But feel free to experiment.
  • Blog: Again, perhaps not needed for our purpose but feel free to try it out.

Edit this page and add new pages:

This page is just a start. Treat it as a launching page to help collect organizational structure drafts/proposals, draft bylaws, sample affiliation agreements, or whatever else we need to get this started.  Everyone is encouraged to contribute.  Don't worry about breaking anything, we can always revert to a previous version of these pages via the edit history feature.

Edit this page using the edit button above.

Add a new page by enclosing the title of the page in ( (double parentheses) ). Once you hit Save, the text will change into a link to create the new page. If a page with that name already exists, the text will link to that page.
