NOTES: 
  - We use "Search list" instead of "Search" to reduce ambiguity
  - Details will be a portlet. It's not important enough to warrant its own tab, it only conveys a small amount of information, and while it should always be available, it's all tertiary info
  - The Moderation tab will be hidden for non-moderated lists
  - Messages associated with pending members will be displayed along with the members under Membership -> Pending members (show only first n characters, with ajax link to see entire message)
  - On a member-moderated list (or a public list), approving a member approves all posts by that member
  - On a post-moderated list, after approving a member, the individual messages by that member must still be approved.
