A quick note about the Listen trac instance (http://oss.openplans.org/listen):

Syncing with the repository at plone.org has been broken for some time. This syncing is also painfully slow. Since it wasn't working anyway, I've asked Jeff to turn off the feature for now, as he does not have time to fix it at present.

This issue should be fixed in the future, but for now the site is considerably faster and there has been no real loss in functionality.
