Booth InfrastructureOur sponsored booth includes:
Signage
Our print job is running at the 726 Market St Kinko's, we have one logo banner and a case studies display.
SnowWrite - at least one sign should highlight our larger case studies - Discovery Magazine, Akamai, Novell for example. (awesome idea, got one in the works --ds)
Print Collateral
We should determine what kind of fliers we want to use. Do we want separate fliers to speak to different audiences?
+1 SnowWrite Last year Kamal Gill made some great fliers, and reusing them is probably an option. +1 SnowWrite Ideas for the event (SnowWrite)
Space on the wall behind us to project either a looping screencast about Plone or live demo's of the system. Lots of new features with a "wow" factor in Plone 3
A bowl of candy or something to draw people to our table to find out more (trust me it works) - I can bring the dishes and the candy
Some kind of giveaway? (bet we could get someone to sponsor the cost)
Do we have a Plone tshirt we can purchase prior to event so we can look "uniform" and more professional? An izod type shirt would be best. Or maybe "buttons" with things like "Ask me about Plone" for when we walk around the exhibitions? or even "did you mean phone?" List of supplies needed (Jason Hammons) - Projector? (Jason H. can loan one) - ?
