17:25 - Talking about things we'd like to do

- Increase Plone's visibility
 - Competitor analysis
 - Process for dealing with bad publicity/press
    + someone to keep an eye on press/social media/etc
    + Karl could monitor twitter mentions in his stats
    + Look at both Plone and competitors

 - Making it easier to market Plone
    + Need for marketing collateral
    + Pre-made, central collateral available in the original layered format for local edition
    + Help people get more connected to the community
    + Drupal are doing lots of local community stuff
        + Sprints for non-coders, learn about plone
    + Sprint starter kit (guide to running sprints)

 - World Plone Day
    + Urgency to get sorted out
    + Having specific date really got people working towards goal

   Post meenting update:

- We've 15 hosts, probably the crisis and the two editions to tight are impacting on participation
- Flier is begin done, it should be published during this days
- We need a champion for PRESS RELEASE and WEB 2.0 spreading
- We need support and promotion of WPD inside the community.


 - NTEN conference
    + Needs to get marketing material produced
    + Hard to get items produced at low cost without going high volume
        + Need more agile approach
    + Internet World Conf, London same time -- work together on materials

 - Great Backyard Plone Count
    + Just finished
    + Karl going to summarize stats this weekend

 - Elevator pitches
    + Collated already from PSPS
    + Jordan to start thread on evangelism list

 - Logo guidelines

    + Need a process to help anyone designing a logo around the Plone mark (Mark and Gabrielle to work on furthering this)

 - Plone Press Releases
    + Virginia to head this up
    + Going to use local media contacts (people from WPD)
    + Need consistent messages to the press

    + Need a list of regional media contacts on plone.org
    + Mark Corum to work with Roberto on list of people

 - Annual Plone Awards
    + Great idea ( but need to not call it the Plonies)
    + Karl to work on qualitative side of it
    + Aiming to launch at Budapest
