Some news about the project.

I have written a proposal document (currently in draft state) that I
would like to complete in the coming days and then send to potential
sponsors so we get sure that we can move forward.

If anyone is interested in reviewing it, please let me know and I will
send it to you by private mail.
If anyone know someone within an organization that would want to
sponsor the project, let me know too.

As of today, we have Morocco, Malawi, and South Africa where we have
discussions going on for being part of the tour. This is good news.
If we have 2 or 3 more countries, it makes the project valid at least
for the first year. My plan is that we should have 1 country/training
event per quarter.
And it might make sense to group some countries to have a single event
per region.

As always, suggestions/ideas are welcome.
