Transcluder sits in front of your applications and performs tranclusions. When your application includes a link with rel="include", the link is replaced with the contents

Presently, Transcluder's thread model is totally screwed up. To fix it, we ought to replace the explicit thread pool with a model that creates a thread per request -- but only if there are fewer than N threads currently running. I think.
